Archive storage consent
When enabled, originals and results can be retained in your Library for 30 days from the original processing date. Turning storage off affects future archives. Existing archives retain their original expiry date.

By accessing AksharaSetu, you agree to comply with its user policies. Users must have the right to process uploaded documents and must not upload offensive or legally disputed documents. System credits are non-transferable. Generated results require review.
Privacy & retention
Documents are sent to the configured AI services for processing. When archive storage is enabled, originals and outputs are retained for up to 30 days. Metadata is used for billing, performance and auditing. Turning storage off affects future archive writes; existing archives expire on their original schedule.
Refund & cancellation
The existing service policy allows refund requests by contacting [email protected] within 48 hours of a transaction. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.
